“We were first given keys to an occupied room. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience but I didn’t want a room with a jet tub. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The breakfast was extremely limited, cold, and poor.”

“My stay at this hotel was average. The rooms were okay and met the basic expectations for a comfortable stay. However, the property appears to need maintenance, as several areas look worn and somewhat neglected. The parking lot also seems poorly maintained, which does not create a great first impression. The breakfast buffet is quite limited compared to other hotels in the same category. In addition, the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming to guests. Overall, it is an acceptable place...

“There were some stains on the wall and in the shower. The sliding door was broken (off its track) when we arrived. The towels were so scratchy. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but could definitely improve the facilities.”

“Had bugs in the room, staff was not friendly at check in, she acted like I was bothering her for coming in. In the morning I left the keys in the room and my daughter left her phone so had to go to desk and get a new key … nobody was manning the desk. I waited 25 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the desk nobody around, yelled “does anyone work here” I finally had to walk down the hall to breakfast room and yelled for someone in there for a key. “Quiet, clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed each one. The breakfast was served fresh every morning. Couldn't ask for much more to be honest.”

“TVs did not work in either room. Manager said to contact you do we could get a partial refund.”

“The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!”

“NOT A MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE!! The room unfortunately smelled like body odor, and the loveseat had stains on it and was gross. The pool and the hot tub were not available the entire four days that I was there. They also did not clean my room the day after I checked in.”
